The Saudi Public Transport Company "SAPTCO" announces the decision of the board of directors on 23 Shaban 1445h corresponding to 04 March 2024 on the restructuring of the board of directors by appointing both:-
- His Excellency Mr. / Musad bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood as chairman of the board of directors (independent member) - Mr. Turki bin Musaid Al Mubarak as vice chairman of the board of directors (independent member) This decision comes in conjunction with the end of the session of government representatives in the membership of the board of directors |
